Ricky M. Turner is a vigorous advocate for more humanity in the workplace.

He is a successful human resources executive with more than 20 years of values-based human resources leadership experience. He loves people….and believes he was born to make lives better.  As a sought-after keynote speaker and podcast guest, Ricky has a passion for helping organizations create diverse and inclusive workplaces that will produce strong and engaging employee relationships.

Ricky has held executive leadership positions at several fortune 100 companies including Facebook, Nike, and  Whirlpool.  He has a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University and is a graduate of world-famous Tuskegee University.
