With 20+ years of progressive global HR, employee relations strategy and talent development experience, serving versatile industries, I have developed MEANINGFUL metrics resulting in successful integrations and organizational transformation while minimizing legal exposure. I hold a Juris Doctorate Law degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from Tuskegee University. In addition, I’m certified as a Leadership Architect with Korn Ferry and hold a Professional Human Resources designation with SHRM.

Professional Experience

  • Executive Leadership of Employee Relations Teams
  • Strategic recasting of the ER story while increasing the transparency for the function
  • Successfully led a major restructuring of the function resulting in improved customer service.
  • Hands-on involvement with highly sensitive or complex cases, developed corporate Employment Law strategy, provided legal advise, managed hundreds of pieces of litigation and executed a risk management and mitigation strategy
  • Developed Global Employee Relations Strategy and oversaw the installation of an Employee Experience Center Of Excellence. 
  • Led team responsible for developing global culture and improving employee engagement. 
  • Developed US Diversity and Inclusion strategy, and oversaw a global initiative to implement a more proactive data driven approach to employee relations and engagement.
  • Oversaw the team effort to develop global processes for critical ER functions.
