With 20+ years of progressive global HR, employee relations strategy and talent development experience, serving versatile industries, I have developed MEANINGFUL metrics resulting in successful integrations and organizational transformation while minimizing legal exposure. I hold a Juris Doctorate Law degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from Tuskegee University. In addition, I’m certified as a Leadership Architect with Korn Ferry and hold a Professional Human Resources designation with SHRM.

Professional Experience

Executive Leadership of Employee Relations Teams
Strategic recasting of the ER story while increasing the transparency for the function
Successfully led a major restructuring of the function resulting in improved customer service.

Hands-on involvement with highly sensitive or complex cases, developed corporate Employment Law strategy, provided legal advise, managed hundreds of pieces of litigation and executed a risk management and mitigation strategy

Developed Global Employee Relations Strategy and oversaw the installation of an Employee Experience Center Of Excellence.

Led team responsible for developing global culture and improving employee engagement.
Developed US Diversity and Inclusion strategy, and oversaw a global initiative to implement a more proactive data driven approach to employee relations and engagement.
Oversaw the team effort to develop global processes for critical ER functions.
